Emis Access
As part of our ongoing improvements to the service we offer, we have now launched Emis Access - a new, simple and secure way to order your repeat prescription.
Emis Access allows you to view the items on your repeat prescription and order them at the click of a mouse. You can then view the progress of your request and will be able to see when it has been dealt with. You will also be able to look back at previous requests you have made.
You can also check the times or cancel any existing appointments you may have at the surgery without having to make a telephone call. You can also notify us of any changes in your contact details such as a change of address and make sure we have the correct and current telephone numbers for contacting you if we need to.
To use this service you will need to have access to the internet although some digital TV services and mobile phones will allow you access. To register for emis Access you are required to show 2 forms of ID at reception on registration or 3 forms of ID if you have no photographic ID documents. Once you have registered and been given your documents, you can visit the Emis Access website and click on "New users create your account", where you will be taken through creating an account and setting a password. Once registered on the website, you are ready to order your prescriptions using Emis Access.
