Patient Survey:

We are currently awaiting the results of our recent internal survey.

The national survey will be starting early in January. We welcome the views of our patients and would encourage anyone that receives a survey to complete and return it in the envelope provided.

Congratulations:

Congratulations to Dr Ward who has won the HSJ Award for Improving Health Care with E-Technology as part of the team from NHS North West, Lancashire and South Cumbria Cardiac Network and BroomWell Healthwatch.

Booking an Appointment in Advance:

Our survey results show that a number of our patients are not aware that they can book in advance to see a doctor, nurse or health care assistant.

You can book up to seven days in advance.

Fewer advance appointments are available on Monday to help the surgery cope with the demand after the weekend. Please try and book in advance for non-urgent conditions.
